Make it a reality.

At JRR Development LLC, from the moment we walk in the door until we complete the job, leaving you with your new dream kitchen or bath, you can trust our comprehensive process.

STEP 1: DISCOVERY

During this first phase, we will visit your home to discuss your vision for the project. We will perform on site drawings and measurements of the space. Within the following week of our visit, we will provide a no-cost estimate of our initial quotes based on our experience and understanding. Our goal is to educate, set proper expectations, and be transparent from the start with a realistic quote.

STEP 2: PROJECT OVERVIEW AND ESTIMATE

After completing the estimate, we will return to your home to review the details with you. This ensures you fully understand the project’s scope and cost. If you choose to proceed, we will charge a reasonable design retainer. This retainer allows us to create a detailed design plan, which includes 2020 drawings with 3D images, evaluations of your space, and samples of materials needed for your project. This step is where you confirm your decision to move forward with JRR Development for your home renovation.

STEP 3: PLANNING

Once a deposit is received, we will guide you through the important details and decisions for your project. We will work with you to select all the necessary materials. It is essential to have all materials on site or staged locally before we start any project. For remodeling cabinets specially have the longest lead time, so we like to finalize these first to keep your project on a timely track. Once all items are chosen, we will set the start date and schedule the project.

Typically, a bathroom project takes 5-6 weeks. Kitchen projects take 6-8 weeks. If permits are required, it may add an additional 2-4 days to the project timeline.

STEP 4: CONSTRUCTION

After receiving your signed Building Agreement and deposit, we will order all necessary products and establish your job start date and schedule. We will then schedule a Pre-Construction walk-through where we will meet with you and your Project Manager to discuss the details and expectations before starting your project.

Weekly meetings will be conducted to gather your feedback, discuss the progress of the job schedule, and ensure we are meeting your expectations.

STEP 5: COMPLETION

As your project nears completion, we will schedule a walk through to create a completion list for any items that need to completed before the final payment. This ensures that all your expectations are met. Please note that warranty items, such as defective cabinet doors, should not delay the final payment. We offer a one-year warranty period from the date of completion.
